We do not offer refunds on services provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with your eyelash extensions, please let us know, and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

We do not do refills on work that has not been done at Sun Lash Studio. If you currently have eyelash extensions from another salon, they will need to be removed, an a fee of $20-$30 will be applied.

We offer free fix within 3days,1week refill:4-7days; 2wks refill：8-14days; 3wks refill:15-21; 4wks refill:22-28days, after 28days that would be new set price, any refill must be done with 20% of the lashes left, if less than 20%, that would be new set price.
